Mohammed holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree from Philadelphia University, Jordan, and a Master of Laws (LLM) Degree in Commercial Law from the University of Derby, United Kingdom. Mohammed was admitted at the Jordanian Bar Association in March 2003. He is fluent in English and Arabic.

Prior to joining Ali Habib & Associates, Mohammed worked with a number of leading law firms in Jordan & UAE, focusing primarily on general litigation, gaining an experience in a range of commercial and contractual disputes. Mohammed has also worked for the Insurance Commission of Jordan as a member of Legislation & International Organizations Department. Further to joining Ali Habib & Associates, Mohammed has specialised in litigious, commercial, Property and rental disputes, representing some of the key players within the UAE.
