Abdalla is an Egyptian national and a Legal Consultant. Abdalla holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Al Mansoura University in Egypt. In addition, he took various courses in civil and commercial law arbitration, and civil proceedings law. He handles a wide variety of contentious matters in the local courts, in respect of real estate, civil, and general commercial litigation. Abdalla has been a Legal Consultant in the UAE for more than four years. Prior to joining Ali Habib & Associates, Abdalla practised for 14 years as a lawyer in Egypt, which enabled him to obtain unique experience in the field of litigation and also arbitration. Later, from 2008 to early 2011, Abdalla worked with one of Dubai’s law firms as a Legal Advisor, where he drafted claim petitions and memorandum in all kinds of cases, and participated in arbitrating disputes. Abdalla is also distinguished in handling criminal cases.
