Shady is an Egyptian national and a legal researcher. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree law from Monofia University in Egypt. Prior to joining Ali Habib & Associates in late April 2013, he practiced in Egypt as a lawyer from 2011-2013. Shady practices in the preparation of legal memos, notices, and pre-trial documents. He is assigned to submit memos and documents at First, Appeal and Cassation Courts. Shady spends his time in the office researching relevant case law precedents and regularly appears in Court to seek updates and files variety of applications cases in relation to attachment orders, travel bans, and commercial cases. In addition, Shady’s duties include maintaining the office and court records of the cases in order to provide regular and timely updates to the firm’s clients.
