Emad is an Egyptian national. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Assiut in Egypt. Emad has been a member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 1988.

Emad is a very experienced lawyer in commercial, corporate, banking, construction, tenant and landlord disputes. He is very well qualified in drafting pleadings, counterclaims, detailed hearing submissions and correspondence, which he regularly submits at courts of First instance, Appeal and the High and Supreme Courts. Given his longstanding legal practice, Emad has gained wide-ranging experience in dealing with the most complicated litigation matters.

Emad also handles a number of arbitration cases before the Dubai International Arbitration Centre and the Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre.

Due to his extensive litigation experience, Emad is distinguished in drafting commercial, corporate and property agreements.
